Jeffrey R. Windsor is an experienced litigator, mediator, and counselor.  He has tried, arbitrated, and resolved cases with results including recovering multimillion-dollar settlements on his clients’ behalf, and defending clients to dismissal of the civil actions against them.

Mr. Windsor and his team represent corporations, small businesses, governmental entities, and individuals in real estate, construction defect, contract, fraud, bad faith, and professional liability actions.  They litigate, take to trial, arbitrate, and resolve cases ranging from multiparty, complex actions to disputes before an action has been filed.  Admitted to practice in the state courts of California and Hawaii, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California and the District of Hawaii, Mr. Windsor and his team have tried cases to jury and bench verdicts and consistently obtain favorable results.
